Loading contract parameters to Way4 Datamart

Way4 Datamart can now load various contract parameters when loading tables with contract, client or device attributes. Companies can build custom reports or filter data using this new entity.

Any customer criteria significant for segmentation and analysis can be set as a contract parameter. These are a few examples:

  • Parameters that identify VIP customers

  • Parameters showing if the customer has provided consent for personal data usage

  • Parameters used for marketing campaigns, e.g. a preferable communication channel or social status

  • Parameters needed to build specialized reports for third-party systems such as credit bureaus or loyalty programs.
