Invite a Friend Feature in Way4 Lifestyle Banking App
Customers can choose "invite a friend' feature to invite others to sign up for a service
To help banks grow their customer base and loyalty, we have added the friend referral feature. It is already familiar to many consumers who use ride-hailing and e-commerce apps.
In the digital banking menu, a client clicks the “Invite a friend” button and gets a unique code to share with someone else. Way4 rewards this client automatically if another person provides this code at the moment of becoming a new client of this same bank. The bank pre-configures the reward type: bonus points, account top-up or service discount.
