Web Service for Changing Trusted Amounts in Disputes

Way4 can change a trusted amount in a dispute case upon a request from an external system. The request should include the dispute case identifier, the new value of the trusted amount, the applicable currency and other parameters. Before making the change, Way4 checks if the initiating user or channel has the necessary permissions. With this feature, dispute resolution officers can save time on manual corrections.
