OpenWay Vietnam brought energy and enthusiasm to the 2024 Ba Dinh District Workers’ Sports Festival, held on October 27 at the vibrant Quan Ngua Sports Complex. With over 1,400 athletes and excited supporters from local businesses, agencies, and schools, the festival was a powerful celebration of sportsmanship, unity, and community.
A full third of our colleagues at OpenWay Vietnam stepped up to compete in events like Badminton and Tug of War. Our team spirit was on full display as we cheered each other on with enthusiasm that filled the air. It was a testament to the company’s core values of unity, resilience, and dedication—values that power our success both on and off the field.
And the highlight? A thrilling win in Women’s Badminton (30-40 age category), where OpenWay Vietnam brought home the Bronze Medal! Ly Quynh Trang from the HRO Department and Nguyen Thi Phan from the Delivery-Support Department showcased exceptional skill and teamwork, making us all proud with their podium-worthy performance.
“We couldn’t be prouder of our team’s achievements and their passion in representing OpenWay,” shared Ha Nguyen Manh, General Director of OpenWay Vietnam. “This event allowed us to connect with the community, celebrate our values, and cheer each other on to new heights!”
OpenWay Vietnam remains committed to promoting well-being and building connections with the community it serves. Events like the Ba Dinh District Workers' Sports Festival fuel the company’s culture of resilience and camaraderie, inspiring employees and partners alike to grow together.
