Wallet Account Top-Up and Cash-Out via Agent

Now a wallet operator can enable cash-in and cash-out via an agent network. Such operations are widespread in regions where consumers are mostly without access to banking infrastructure. For a commission, agents promote wallet services and help with user onboarding and cross-selling. 

New users of the Way4 Merchant Wallet app can register as an agent. After a required KYC check, agents get access to their own interface. They can generate QR codes for cash-outs and scan consumer QR codes for cash-ins. Cash-in may also be initiated by manually entering the consumer's phone number into the agent app.

Way4 updates the consumer balance in real time and notifies both parties of the operation status. Agents can instantly check their earned commission in the transaction history. 

As additional security measure, cash-out operations require confirmation via OTP or fingerprint. 

A cash-in by phone number takes just 4 clicks in the agent wallet menu. For this workflow, consumers don’t need to use their phone for QR code generation.
