Web Services to Manage Way4 Back-End Officers

Now Way4 can accept external requests concerning user management, such as creating new officer records and setting up their passwords. This option saves payment processors time by delegating some Way4-related activities to a client bank. With this web service, a bank can quickly give its employees access to the processing system. The processor controls the officer system privileges. Officers are only allowed access to their bank’s system, and do not have access to the systems of the processor’s other clients.

This web service supports:

• Officer profile creation, modification, deletion, activation and deactivation

• Setup and reset of officer passwords, which are sent to Way4 in encrypted mode to ensure protection of sensitive data

• Request for data on individual officer records and officer groups, with ability to search by multiple parameters.
