Web Services for Counterparty Management

Upon receiving an external request, Way4 can return information about payment counterparties in the system database and modify their profiles. A payment counterparty is a business entity that receives debit or credit transactions from a client or contract managed on Way4. It could be a member of a local clearing scheme. Its profile should contain its payment credentials, applicable transaction types, and other information.

This web service supports these requests:

• Counterparty profile creation, modification, activation and deactivation

• Providing an external system with counterparty data, such as payments credentials and profile activation/deactivation date

• Providing a list of all counterparties per client/contract ID
