Remote Signing of Bank Documents in Way4 Lifestyle Banking

Now the Way4 Lifestyle Banking app enables remote signing of various banking documents, e.g. supplementary agreements, contract annexes and payment holiday request letters. Way4 automatically retrieves them from Core Banking System and stores them in the Documents section of the web/mobile menu. A user can pick an item from the list, read it, sign it digitally and return digitally to the financial institution.

This feature makes a visit to the bank unnecessary; it is especially handy when the customer is travelling or if branches are closed due to quarantine or lockdown. It also helps the bank to cut costs on paper correspondence.
