Now companies processing P2P transfers on Way4 can check in real-time if a sender or recipient belongs to a blacklist managed by a third party such as a payment industry regulator. Typically, the list is uploaded to Way4 as a single file. Alternatively, data can be added manually by record in the Way4 Risk Management Workbench.

Several banks in Europe are already using this anti-fraud workflow in Way4. Their blacklist of P2P fraudsters is provided by their country’s Central Bank.
