Dmitry Yatskaer joined the OpenWay Group in 1997. As a software engineer, he helped design and develop Way4 in its early releases and was instrumental in its first migration projects. Later, he became a senior business analyst providing technical expertise for pre-sales activities on all sophisticated projects. In 2006, as Chief Product Manager, he led global Way4 product management. In 2008, Dmitry  became the CTO for OpenWay.
