Credit cards: Visualization of Interest Calculation

Now issuer staff gets a detailed view of interest calculations for each credit account. The new Way4 screens show a breakdown of amounts accrued as a result of certain events, such as turnover for the period or interest rate change.

This feature helps speed up service in branches and call centers. It takes less time to check a customer’s account and explain why certain interest was accrued in what billing cycle, and which transactions were included in the calculation.

In the event of reversed or canceled transactions, the interest information will be instantly updated on the screens.

New screens are available within Way4 Workbenches, Way4 Manager and DB Manager.
